  1. Thank you, this was a most informative article. It seems as if unknowingly I was seeking out foodstuffs that would help my chronic pain issues. They are more severe than what you described but nonetheless I’m certain the foods help.

    • Have you tried apple cider vinegar? It works for pain menstrual cramps arthritis I use it often when I remember I usually take 2 capsules and within minutes I feel so much better
