You need 2 ripped Avocado’s for smoothie to be sweeter. So adjustment of sweetness greatly depends on ripeness of Avocados. Below is the recipe for simple but healthy version of vanilla smoothie with avocado flavor. In this heat of summer, this Avocado smoothie is a refreshing treat.
Total time: 10 minutes
- 2 ripped Avocados
- Handful of ice (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- A pinch of salt to taste
- 14 ounce milk (preferably cold)
Blend milk and ice in the blender until smooth. Add avocado flesh, vanilla bean paste and other ingredients until the mixture become smooth again. The mixture will become smooth and thick.
