DAY 7

For BREAKFAST: Lemon tea
LUNCH: Fruit (as much as you desire) and grilled minute steak.
DINNER: It’s your cheat time! So you can eat anything you like! And by that we mean ANYTHING! Even if it is not mentioned here…. (Take a nibble at your favourite food, you deserve it)

DAY 8

For BREAKFAST: Coffee (and here’s something for you again: with as much SUGAR as you desire)
LUNCH: Cooked spinach (as much as you desire) and 2 boiled eggs
DINNER: Grilled minute steak 200grams
