Stop avoiding sex. This will increase your sexual anxiety to greater level. Avoiding sex fools your mind with great fear about sex. It’s not all about sex as there are other pleasurable acts you can do with your partner such as holding, cuddling, and caressing. Sex is basically a part of wider relationship you have with your partner. In fact, as far as women are concerned, they enjoy hugging and cuddling naked more than sex. This also increases the urge to make love. Most of the people start to think about sex is like ‘it’s okay if it happens and it’s again okay if not’. They just stop considering this an important part of life, which is wrong.
