In people who prefer natural things apple cider vinegar is too popular amongst them. As condiments they are used in dressings and vinaigrettes. Some people add it to water and drink it. Others take this water vinegar mix with high carb foods which case a feeling of fullness due to which the person tends to eat less and thus lesser calories. A test study conducted on obese included a consumption of 15-30 ml of vinegar every day.
After a period of twelve weeks the results showed that those who consumed the vinegar everyday lost approximately 1.2-1.7 kg or 2.6-3.7 pounds of weight. This was why because it gave them a feeling of fulness and thus they consumed only 200-270 calories the rest of day. The sugar spikes that are noticed soon after we consume a meal are also reduced.
Although they are loaded with lots of fats, nuts are not primarily fattening inherently. They are excellent alternatives for the snacks we have in between the meals protecting us from bad carbohydrates and fats. The studies show that those people who consume more nuts tend to be lean and have healthier metabolism. However, binge eating nuts is not a wise option.
