3. Spinach Cucumber Cooling Detox Smoothie
This smoothie is great to detoxify tour body. It is very refreshing and helps in calming and cooling down your mind and body.
- Spinach one cup
- Cucumber half
- Roasted cumin seed powder half teaspoon
- Lemon juice of half lemon
- Mint leaves
Take a cup of spinach leaves. Make sure to remove its stem and make its small pieces with your hands.
Cut your half cucumber in small pieces.
Toss a trickle of mint leaves.
Put all three in a blender.
Add a pinch of salt and spin.
Pour it in your glass. Sprinkle some salt and roasted cumin seeds powder in it. Stir well.
