7. Negative Calorie Detox Smoothie

All ingredients present in this smoothie include all low calorie veggies. But still it’s very filling and delicious.


  • Beetroot half
  • Kale one cup
  • Grape fruit juice of one
  • Celery stalks two
  • Black salt half teaspoon

Peel beetroot and cut it in medium sized cubes.

Toss one cup of kale with hands.

Chop celery stalks and put all three in the blender.

Now pour in it grapefruit juice and spin for a while.

Pour it in a glass. Add salt and stir well.
